EXPERIENCE: Richard has combined 44+ years of experience in the construction industry and residential Real Estate sales and marketing that enable him to make the customer and client comfortable and informed on all aspects of buying and selling Real Estate. Richard possesses the insight to not only aid the client in setting the market value of their property but to also aid in the area of what may be necessary to fix or repair to effect the ultimate goal of selling the property.

EDUCATION: A high school graduate, Richard has continued to acquire additional education through the years by attendance in a variety of schools including St. Joseph University of Philadelphia, Montgomery County Community College and the many Real Estate schools that are necessary to maintain pace with the ever changing Real Estate Industry.                                                

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Richard has been, and continues to be, an active member of the Montgomery Board of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Richard maintains membership in Local Union #98 I.B.E.W (Retired), Lodge #477 F&AM and the Pennsylvania American Legion Post # 933, Hatfield, Pa.

HOBBIES: Richard enjoys, when time and commitments allow, an occasional round of golf as well as spending time at home with Family and dabbling in the realm of the home computer.     

FAMILY: Richard is married to the former Peg McConnell and enjoys a great association with his three grown children, two boys and a girl, as well as his two grown step-daughters. Of course, it must be mentioned, the enormous joy of four granddaughters and two grandsons.
